Do I need to be a member of a Naturist organisation to enter the resort
You do not have to be a member of any naturism association when you enter the resort. In the office at the entrance to the resort you will have to get a resort entrance card but it only costs a few Euros so do not worry too much.
To enter the camp site, if you are not a member already of the FFN (French Naturism Association), you will have to pay for membership. Again, this does cost something like twenty or thirty Euros each and you can do this as you check in inside the camp site. You do not need to worry before arriving as to any Naturist Organisation Memberships as having or not having this will not affect your ability to stay in the Le Cap d'Agde resort.
