There are still some great places to visit if you are desperate for some winter sun and at which you can enjoy the more natural forms of travel. Below some options.
Maspalomas is the beach where you want to be – about 50% naturist now – 3 or is it 5 km of golden sand, with magnificent sand dunes behind it – there are distinct zones for nudists, some for guys, some for straights, but there is a generally relaxed attitude here and you see textiles and naturists happily coexisting! Maspalomas is the quieter place to stay – playa del ingles is more lively. There is a small naturist place here as well – magnolias I think it is called.
I returned recently from 2 weeks on Skiathos very nice Banana Beach, but not as nice as in CdA.
One excellent option is Costa Natura in the South of Spain. You can often enjoy long and warm sunny days in months such as October, November and April, May – months when it is often too cold to enjoy Cap d’Agde. You can find out more about Costa Natura online.
If you do have an apartment in the naturist resort in Cap d’Agde, even though the resort is largely closed down, 2&2 sauna tends to be open on weekends throughout the year as is Le Glamour and are worth considering.
