There are various classes you can do whilst staying inside the resort. The pool in the centre of the Helio Village often offers Water Aerobic classes in the mornings. Certainly these classes are usually available in the key summer months – although it can differ from year to year as to if the lessons are being run. Aerobics takes place quite often in the mornings just inside the camping area, just inside the main gate on the stage on the left as you enter.
There are now gym facilities available in the fairly new hotel, Natureva Spa which is in the naturist complex and which also offers 1, 3 and 6 month memberships for those of you staying in the resort for the whole summer. You can also choose a day pass and you just need to be aware that you will be expected to wear gym clothing. (Natureva Spa, Rue des Nereides). The Natureva Spa is equipped with weights and several machines and all of the equipment (at time of writing) looks new. You can also hire a personal trainer and overall this is perhaps one of the best places on the resort for doing weights and general cardio work (except for walks on the beach). Taking long walks every day up and down the beach is a great exercise and should not be under estimated as a form of exercise.
